Q: Do I have to be fiimed by someone else?
A: No. You can film yourself and upload your videos for remote coaching.
Q: If I am uploading my videos is it safe?
A: All videos are sent securely via an individual "Drop Box" account with full access only to the trainer and yourself. (See privacy)
Q: Can I share my videos?
A: No unless permission is granted by both parties, ie yourself and the trainer.
Q: Do I need special equipment?
A: No. You only require a reasonable camera and the ability to upload video of your session if not undertaking a "face to face" appointment.
Q: How long does it take?
A: Generally each module (defined by ability) lasts up until 12 weeks. Average is 30 minutes, minimum 3 times per week.

A: That is a personal choice however we prefer to keep your genitalia covered so "underwear bottoms" or bikini bottoms are more than appropriate.
Video Uploading
For self administered clients we make use of the Dropbox platform to receive material.
Dropbox is designed with multiple layers of protection, distributed across a scalable, secure infrastructure.
Files at rest are encrypted using 256-bit Advanced Encryption Standard (AES)u and use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL)/Transport Layer Security (TLS) to protect data in transit between Dropbox apps and our servers.
Each client has a dedicated "folder" in which files are uploaded and may be viewed and edited by the client.
